## 1. Who is responsible for this platform?

## 2. What service does DeLey provide?

DeLey provides personal finance management tools that include:

- Import and classification of bank transactions (CSV, XLSX, PDF)
- Analysis and visualization of personal finances
- Automatic classification via artificial intelligence
- Data extraction from PDF bank statements
- Generation of monthly summaries and insights

## 3. What are the access conditions?

Access to DeLey is by invitation only. To create an account, the user must:

- Have a valid invitation issued by an administrator
- Provide truthful information (name, email address)
- Create a secure password (minimum 10 characters)
- Accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy

## 4. What are the user's obligations?

The user agrees to:

- Keep their password confidential
- Not share their account with third parties
- Provide truthful information in imported financial data
- Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Immediately report any unauthorized use of their account

## 5. Who owns the intellectual property?

DeLey's software, design, interfaces, and content are the property of the operator. The user retains full ownership of their imported financial data. The user grants a limited license to process their data for the purpose of providing the requested service and generating aggregated, anonymized statistical information about platform usage, as described in the Privacy Policy.

## 6. What is DeLey's limitation of liability?

DeLey is a personal finance management tool. **It does not constitute financial, accounting, or legal advice.**

- Classifications and insights generated by AI are indicative and may contain errors
- The user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of their financial data
- DeLey is not liable for financial decisions made based on the information provided
- The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability

## 7. When is the service suspended or terminated?

The operator reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts in the following cases:

- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or illegal use of the service
- Prolonged inactivity
- Operational decisions regarding the service

## 8. Can DeLey modify these terms?

The operator may modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be notified to users through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

## 9. What law and jurisdiction apply?

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Ecuador. The user accepts the exclusive jurisdiction of Ecuadorian courts for any dispute arising from the use of the service.
